At La Grange aux Moines, you will find activities most days in july and august, whether they are recurring ones (see below), or seasonal ones (those will be advertised in the common space, do not hesitate to ask us before at [email protected] and during your stay, in person). We are always happy to share our passion and knowledge about plants, permaculture gardening, aromatherapy, herbal healing, and more...
Deepen Your Practice from Anywhere
At La Grange aux Moines, yoga is more than movement—it is a return to self, a quiet unfolding into your deepest essence. Our live online yoga courses bring this experience to you, wherever you are, guiding you into presence, energy flow, and inner balance.
We offer two complementary practices:
* Kundalini Yoga – A deeply transformative practice that awakens dormant energy within, using rhythmic movement, breathwork, and mantra to elevate consciousness. Rooted in ancient wisdom, Kundalini yoga dissolves blocks, enhances intuition, and strengthens your connection to the universe. Perfect for beginning the day with the perfect mindset!
* Yin Yoga – A slow, meditative practice focusing on long held poses to target deep connective tissues. It enhances flexibility, circulation, and relaxation while promoting mindfulness and stress relief. Perfect for winding down at the end of a well filled day (or a relaxing one, really...)
Each session is an invitation to explore the subtle yet powerful connection between breath, energy, and awareness, helping you weave a sense of peace into daily life.

Free Expression & Energy Flow
When the sun sets over La Grange aux Moines, the garden transforms into a space of rhythm, movement, and liberation. Our ecstatic dance evenings are an invitation to let go, dissolve limitations, and dance as if the universe itself is moving through you.
With carefully curated soundscapes blending world music, nature’s pulse, and hypnotic beats, you will be guided through an intuitive journey of movement, allowing the body to express what words cannot.
* No steps to follow—just pure, organic movement
* A space of acceptance, freedom, and deep presence

In the heart of nature, under the vast sky, this is more than dance—it is a return to the essence of who you are.

How: Our dances use silent disco headsets so we do not disturb our environment and have our own little intimate bubble of sound energy. No need to know how to dance, this is more about letting our body lead without expectations nor judgment in a safe space.
